As a mom making sure my kids get the proper nutrition is essential. Fish is a great source of protiens and minerals needed for growing bodies and minds. The only problem is with my kids, fish has never been a favorite dinner choice. They will eat it, but with hesitation. Growing up we ate fish n’ chips all the time, a quick affordable meal enjoyable for everyone. I try to make it part of our family diet as often as possible.
Recently I was offered a chance to try out BlueWater Seafoods. BlueWater makes quality seafoods in an assortment of flavours like grilled, seasoned fillets, shrimp and more. Check out their website for the entire product line of Bluewater Seafoods and yummy recipes to try.
Tonights dinner was Fish n’ Chips. We tried the breaded tilapia and the kids loved it. In fact they asked for seconds which doesn’t happen very often around here unless they really like it. The fillets we got were a pretty big portion each compared to other brands. As most frozen foods they are pretty simple to cook. Flavourful, crispy outside, tender inside and filling. BlueWater fillets are great for a family meal.
